Do I have to have an account to place an order?

Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?
Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Check Out" or "PayPal" to finalize your order.
Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you are getting nervous about taking this big step into a e-commerce relationship with us it’s okay, commitment is scary. Email us and our customer service team will help you out with your cancellation.
Orders that are already in the process of being shipped cannot be cancelled.

Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.

attitude-today guarantees to refund any item purchased on our website if you are not satisfied by your purchase. All returns must be returned in acceptable condition and posted within 9 working days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.We are not able to offer an exchange for items purchased. All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you will need to place a new order.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.

The funds will go back to your original payment method.
